Your Rights

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data collected through the use of HestiaBot on Facebook Messenger or Instagram.

What data will be deleted?

Following your request, we will delete:

• Your Messenger/Instagram user ID associated with conversations
• The history of conversations with the chatbot
• Any other personal data linked to your profile

Timeframes

Your request will be processed within 30 days of receipt. You will receive an email confirmation once the deletion has been completed.

How to request deletion

You can request the deletion of your data in two ways:

• By filling in the form below
• By sending an email to: privacy@ordoapp.cloud

Important Note

Data deletion is irreversible. Once completed, it will not be possible to recover the conversation history. If you use the chatbot again in the future, new data will be created.
