1. Subject of the Service
ORDO is a web platform that allows operators of restaurants, bars and venues to receive and manage orders from their customers through a digital interface.
The service is provided by Hestia Properties ("Provider") and its use is subject to acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Registration and Account
To use ORDO as an operator you must:
- Register an account by providing truthful and complete information
- Be of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts
- Keep your login credentials confidential
- Promptly report any unauthorised access
3. Operator Obligations
The venue operator undertakes to:
- Use the service in compliance with applicable laws
- Provide accurate information about products and prices
- Comply with hygiene and food safety standards for food preparation
- Fulfil orders within the declared timeframes
- Respect the privacy of end customers
4. Subscription and Payments
ORDO offers a 30-day free trial period. At the end of the trial period, a paid plan must be subscribed to in order to continue using the service.

5. Intellectual Property
All content on the ORDO platform, including software, graphics, logo and texts, is the property of the Provider and is protected by copyright law.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Provider is not liable for damages arising from:
- Temporary service interruptions for maintenance
- Internet connectivity issues not attributable to the platform
- Improper use of the service by the operator
- Disputes between the operator and end customers
7. Withdrawal and Account Deletion
The operator may delete their account at any time from the Settings section. Deletion results in the loss of all data associated with the account.
8. Changes to the Terms
The Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms. Changes will be communicated by email with at least 30 days' notice.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes arising out of or connected with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Milan.
